PASTORAL CARE

In the parishes of Brighstone, Brook and Mottistone we seek to offer pastoral care in the following ways:

  • Welcoming new people to the church.
  • Being available to offer prayer support for those who seek it.
  • Offering home cummunion for those who are unable to get to church.
  • Providing a forum to learn about christian faith.
  • Offering a welcome booklet to new residents in the village.
  • Visting those who are elderly or housebound.
  • Providing occasions to meet one another socially.

Would you like someone to call for a cup of tea and a chat? There are people who would be happy to do so. They would not overstay their welcome or burden you with visits!
